The purpose of ColCod is to display the value of color coded resistors and capacitors. Clicking on the corresponding color in each band will show the value, tolerance and maximum working voltage (capacitors) of the component. For resistors with 4 color bands (the most common kind), entering a value will display the nearest standard value in the E12 series and the corresponding color code. The "R and C calc" page will display the resulting value of a series or parallel resistor or capacitor network with 2 or 3 components.
